With the rapid pace of technological advances, many teachers and school administrators find it difficult to “keep up” with the changes. While these courses address traditional technological applications and their role as a tool for enhancing teaching, learning, and educational management, we will also explore newer, innovative technological applications. We will take a holistic approach to instructional technology and focus on developing a more technologically savvy “identity” while also developing specific technology skills (Word, PowerPoint, FrontPage, etc.).

In addition to technological applications, we will also examine issues related to the effective and appropriate integration of technology into the teaching and learning environment (copyright, Internet safety, classroom management with technology, etc.).
